The partnership
Different formats, one shared post-production environment.
Working alongside CNE Color means taking part in projects with different languages, rhythms and technical needs. More than a collection of jobs, this continuity deepens the understanding of the editing process and the real challenges of a professional audiovisual operation.
Film
Participation in a feature film post-production workflow, as assistant editor to Marcelo Perrone.
Series content
Assistant editing on the second season of the web series Xeque-Mate.
Music videos
Participation in music projects with their own demands for rhythm, organization and finishing.
Automation
The partnership evolved into integrating DaVinci Resolve with artificial intelligence via MCP.
Feature film
Experience inside a film workflow.
Under the post-production coordination of Marcelo Perrone, Felipe Kuschnir worked as assistant editor on A Fábrica de Sonhos, a feature connected to Planeta das Gêmeas, a YouTube channel with 14.7 million subscribers. The project expands experience with a long-form work, with the narrative structure, organization and volume of material typical of a film workflow.

Web series
Xeque-Mate — season 2.
On the second season of Xeque-Mate, produced by Ponto Ação, a YouTube channel with 1.97 million subscribers, Felipe Kuschnir joined the post-production as assistant editor to Marcelo Perrone, who coordinated the work. Applied technology
From assistant editing to DaVinci Resolve automation.
The most recent stage of the partnership went beyond audiovisual execution. Building on practical knowledge of CNE Color’s workflow, an integration was developed to allow DaVinci Resolve to be operated with the help of artificial intelligence through MCP.
Process first
Automation starts from a real editing routine, instead of forcing technology where it doesn’t solve a concrete problem.
AI inside the workflow
MCP creates a bridge between AI models and DaVinci Resolve, opening possibilities for commands and contextual operational assistance.
How the partnership evolved
Understanding the process in order to improve it.
The arc of this case sums up a way of working we value: first take part in the process, understand its demands and limitations, and then look for ways to make it more efficient. That’s how a partnership based on assistant editing also came to involve developing automations for post-production.
